Installed used engine and transmission… engine has lifter tick :(

2006 NISSAN Frontier

Bought this car off a feller for a few dollars, needed an engine and transmission. Picked up an imported motor, tranny, and ecu combo. A year later finally got around to installing it. Lifter tick so loud you hear it coming from a mile away. Anyways, how’s your day?
